Charles “Charlie” Lejcek

Mr. Lejcek was born March 23, 1952, in Queens. He was the son of the late Charles Lejcek Sr. and the late Elizabeth (Hertzog) Lejcek.

He was the proprietor of the Prague Motor Inn, Lake Placid.

Charlie is survived by his cousins: Lillian, Dolly, Robert and Brian; and his longtime friends Susan and Mark Sr., Mark 2nd and Kristy (whom he called his Princess).

Calling hours will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 6 at the M.B. Clark Inc. Funeral Home in Lake Placid with a funeral to follow at 7:30 p.m. The Rev. Bruce McCulley will officiate.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations in Charlie’s name be made to the American Heart Association and or the American Diabetes Foundation.
