LAKE PLACID – Soul Sky will take the Delta Blue stage Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m. to midnight.

Soul Sky is a bluesy, jammy rock and roll band formed in late 2012 with Blues Hall of Famer Mark Emantian, Jeremy Walz, Tom Dolan, and Josh Bloomfield.

It was formed out of the merger of two great Northeast bands that had had enjoyed years of success, Folding Sky, led by Emantian, and Right Coast Soul, led by the dynamic Walz. These two award-winning guitarists, vocalists and songwriters are joined by the rhythm section of Bloomfield on drums and Dolan on bass.

Delta Blue is located in Lake Placid at the Hotel North Woods at 2520 Main St.
