Eric Adsit, a 25-year-old freelance writer and photographer from Lowville, captured this image during a three-week whitewater kayaking adventure through western Nepal. Adsit will be at Left Bank Cafe in Saranac Lake at 7 p.m. Tuesday to give a presentation describing the expedition and the making of his award-winning film. The event is free and open to the public.
