Wood stove sets shed ablaze
SARANAC LAKE — The Saranac Lake Volunteer Fire Department responded to a shed fire at 87 Duprey St. 6:45 p.m. Saturday.
Sixteen members with two trucks extinguished the fire with approximately 2,000 gallons of water. They determined it was caused by a wood stove inside the shed and were back in service at 8:10 p.m. There were no injuries.
