TUPPER LAKE — McLaughlin Avenue will be closed off from the intersection of Santa Clara Avenue to Chemical Street Tuesday, Aug. 20 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. so the Franklin County Highway Department can replace a pipe.

McLaughlin Avenue, also known as county Route 49, will be closed as county highway crews replace a pipe crossing the road near the Tupper Lake Memorial Civic Center. The department said the road will be open again by 3:30 p.m.
