There will also be a public information session and hearing in Albany on the rule changes on Aug. 19. The availability session will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. with the hearing at the same location at 1 p.m. that day. Both sessions will be held at DEC headquarters, at 625 Broadway, Public Assembly Room 129A/B, Albany.
