SARANAC LAKE — The Saranac Lake Fish and Game Club’s annual Father’s Day Fishing Derby took place on Sunday at Lake Colby beach.

Twenty-eight children signed up this year, winning in multiple fish divisions.

First place for most fish caught went to Aaron Stevens, second place to Andrew Varner. Ryan Bruce won first for biggest overall fish, which also won first in the bass category.

First place in the perch category went to Addy Colby, second place to Liam Munn. First place in the trout category went to Etta Neill. Jackson Daunis won in the bullhead category.

Woods & Waters, Wiley’s Flies, and Kinney Drugs sponsored the event.
