Student-athletes from Penticton, British Columbia, march in a parade for the International Children’s Winter Games in Lake Placid Tuesday night. Despite the rain and wet snow, the kids, from 14 countries, showed great enthusiasm, shouting national chants and starting friendly snowball fights with each other.
