As of 9:30 a.m., North Country Community College was the only local school to cancel classes. The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the North Country, predicting a total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches through Tuesday evening with winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
