Today is last day to register to vote in June 26 primary
Today is the last day to register for the June 26 primary election for the Democratic and Women’s Equality parties in New York’s 21st Congressional District.
The polls will be open from noon to 9 p.m. that day, and only enrolled voters from each party will be elligible to vote.
The active candidates in this primary are Tedra Cobb of Canton, Emily Martz of Saranac Lake, Patrick Nelson of Stillwater, Dylan Ratigan of Lake Placid and Katie Wilson of Keene. The winner will face incumbent U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-Willsboro, and the Green Party’s Lynn Kahn, of Schroon Lake, in the Nov. 6 general election.
