KEY BISCAYUNE, Fla. — Margie Philo, broker and owner of the Lake Placid-based Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Adirondack Premier Properties and Adirondack Realty, along with Katie Fischer and Diane Scholl were recently honored at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Key Biscayne, Florida, for ranking in the top 1% of network brokerage results worldwide.

The Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Summit is the brand’s annual pinnacle event, bringing together the network’s top agents and providing a platform for networking, advanced marketing and technology education.
