STAR LAKE – Community Bank N.A. recently presented Wilderness Health Care Foundation with a $10,000 donation to support renovations at Clifton-Fine Hospital. Specifically, it will help fund the renovations of the second-floor therapy tub and shower room for long-term care residents to make it handicap accessible.

For the past 25 years, Wilderness Healthcare Foundation has been working to provide Clifton-Fine Hospital with resources outside of its budget capabilities. Its 2018 annual appeal focused on continuing efforts to give the hospital modern, state-of-the-art technology, including the walk-in therapy tub, an advanced EKG machine, an upgraded newborn incubator and a chemistry analyzer.

“We’re extremely proud to support Wilderness Health Care Foundation’s efforts to advance medical technology at Clifton-Fine Hospital,” Community Bank N.A. Regional Retail Banking Manager Rita Walldroff said. “The upgraded facilities and equipment made possible through this campaign will have an enormous impact on both the hospital staff and patients.”
