LAKE PLACID – Adirondack Premier Properties announces the addition of two new agents to its office.

Broker/Owner Margie Philo welcomed Jodi Gunther and Lisa Lawyer as New York State Real Estate Agents at Adirondack Premier Properties.

Philo also congratulated Susan Bentz on her new position as rental manager.

Jodi Gunther was born and raised in Saranac Lake. She attended North Country Community College, SUNY Cortland and SUNY?Plattsburgh. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Her love of the Adirondacks has kept her in the area and she still resides in Saranac Lake.

She is actively involved in her community and is currently a member of the Saranac?Lake Winter Carnival as a sports coordinator, a board member of the Saranac Lake Pee Wee Hockey Association as fundraising coordinator/commissioner and as the past vice president/current secretary of Saranac Lake Youth Baseball Association. She also coaches youth baseball, soccer and football. She enjoys walking her dogs in the woods and considers being the mother of her 8-year-old son her proudest achievement.

Her vast knowledge and community involvement in the area makes her an ideal Real Estate Agent. She is able to help her clients find the perfect property they are seeking or to easily facilitate the selling process of her clients home or land.

Lisa Lawyer was born in West Virginia and moved to Lake Placid with her family as a toddler. She grew up with her twin sister, Lori and brother, Jimmy on John Brown Road where her parents built their dream home.

She is married to Robert Lawyer and has a daughter, Elizabeth Bimonte, as well as two stepchildren, Amber Lawyer and Bobby Lawyer. She loves to travel with her daughter to every hockey rink in New York and when she can find time Ireland.

After years in the retail industry, Lawyer decided to begin a career in Real Estate and apply her knowledge and love of the area by assisting others in achieving their goals and dreams as well.

She uses her past experiences and varied skills to help her clients either find their dream home or sell their property and she specializes in vacation rentals.

Lawyer goes to extreme lengths to make sure her clients and home owners receive the utmost quality for their needs.

She has remained extremely successful as a Real Estate Agent/vacation rental specialist for over 15 years and she is excited to start her new venture at Adirondack Premier Properties working with Margie Philo.
