Michael Kreho joins Engel & Volkers Lake Placid

LAKE PLACID — Engel & Volkers announced on June 12 that Michael Kreho has joined its real estate brokerage sales team as a real estate advisor.

Michael Kreho comes to Engel & Volkers from Coldwell Banker Whitbeck Associates, where he worked with both buyers and sellers, specializing in residential, commercial and vacant land properties in the Upstate New York area including the Lake Placid, Keene, Wilmington, Saranac Lake, Lake Champlain and surrounding areas.

Michael was first introduced to the Adirondacks when spending summer vacations with his family on Lake Champlain. Originally from Connecticut, he moved to Lake Placid in 2005, where the mountain town lifestyle was a natural fit.

Michael has a degree in Business Administration and became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2011. He comes from a background in residential construction and has many years of experience working in new home construction, project management and real estate administration, sales and marketing. Michael is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist.

“We are very excited to have Michael join our growing sales team of real estate advisors. His home building and real estate experience along with his passion for the mountain lifestyle and desire to share his knowledge and expertise is a winning combination,”… said Colleen Holmes, Real Estate Broker/Owner of Engel & Volkers Lake Placid.

Michael has been fortunate to learn the real estate business from the inside-out while being employed by regional real estate companies, enabling him to create networks in and become familiar with areas from the Catskills, to Saratoga, to the Adirondacks. He loves life in the Adirondacks and looks forward to helping others with their real estate needs.
