Ellis earns municipal finance honor

Ellis, former treasurer of the village of Lake Placid, is presented with the 2019 Distinguished Finance Award by the New York State Society of Municipal Finance Officers at the Annual Meeting held Sept. 17 in Saratoga Springs.
