Welsh: A daughter, Nell Meagher, born Jan. 3 at 2:09 p.m., weighing 5 pounds, 12 ounces to Gracey and James Welsh of Lake Placid.

Walden: A son, Wynston Thor Otto, born Jan. 8 at 8:04 a.m., weighing 6 pounds, 6 ounces to Ashley and Bengt Walden of Lake Placid.

Barbone: A son, Noah Theodore, born Jan. 22 at 4:20 a.m., weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces to Skye Price and Edward Barbone of St. Regis Falls.

Parrow: A daughter, Brooklyn Joanne, born Jan. 23 at 6:52 p.m., weighing 9 pounds, 2 ounces to Megan Christy and Jason Parrow of AuSable Forks.
