NYSEF athletes rise to the top of podium

New York Ski Educational Foundation skiers traveled to Gore Mountain in North Creek on Sunday, Feb. 10 to compete against other athletes from around the state.

The following are results from the under-14 super-G races:

Women’s Top 5

NORDIC COMBINED

The Ford K. Sayre Memorial Ski Council hosted a jumping and Nordic Combined competition on Saturday, Jan. 26.

The following are results of top NYSEF athletes in the competition:

K20/K32-U12/U14 Girls:

Kai Mckinnon (Lake Placid) placed 1st

K32-Open Women:

Elise Loescher (Burlington, VT) placed 1st

K20-U12 Boys:

Mitchell Penning (King, Ontario) placed 2nd

Eli Larkin (Plattsburgh) placed 3rd

Duncan Van Dorn (Lake Placid) placed 5th

Max Fey (Keene Valley) placed 7th

Henry Loher (Wilmington) placed 8th

Kai (Kaleb) Morrow (Morrisburg, Ontario) placed 9th

Sam Morrow (Morrisburg, Ontario) placed 14th

K32-U14 Boys:

Mitchell Penning placed 3rd

Eli Larkin placed 4th

Max Fey placed 9th

U12 Girls:
