PITTSFORD, N.Y. (AP) — Talk about fan mail.
A group of Buffalo Bills supporters plans to deliver a dozen U.S. mailbags to the Bills' training camp at St. John Fisher College Tuesday.
The bags will be filled with 13,000 letters from fans pledging continued support if the team stays in Buffalo and no support if it moves to another city.
The Bills are for sale following the death earlier this year of owner Ralph Wilson.
Several potential buyers, including Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula, have promised they'd keep the team in town.
But doubt surrounds another group fronted by rocker Jon Bon Jovi, who has partnered with Canadian businessmen.
In Toronto, meanwhile, Canadian Football League fans have burned Bon Jovi CDs to protest what an NFL presence could do to their Argonauts.
