To the editor:
I would be the first to admit that I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, and over and above that, I am blind as a bat, but there was no question as to what the best float in the parade was. It was so obvious that the dragon deserved the best. To think about all the work that went into that piece of art and to get snubbed. How do you think other people that may be interested in building a float in the years to come feel? Certainly not a very strong incentive to do so. I would very strongly suggest that the judging process or the judges be reviewed or both.
