New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal recently returned $5,371 to the village of Tupper Lake. As part of a program to return capitalization fees to insurance clients, NYMIR has presented annual checks like this one to the village of Tupper Lake in addition to a commercial-grade American flag. This is the fourth of five checks back to the village. Pictured from left are village Clerk Mary Casagrain, Mayor Paul Maroun, CBNA Insurance President and CEO Mark Moeller and village Trustee Leon Leblanc.
