Gary Manley beat out Ryan Hall for the position of superintendent of highways in Keene.

Manley got 316 votes, and Hall earned 50.

Previous Highway Superintendent Bruce Reed retired. Manley was Reed's deputy superintendent, and Hall works as a laborer for the town, but not in the highway department.

The highway superintendent position was the only contested race on the ballot in Keene.
