June 6, 2013
Adirondack Daily Enterprise

On Wednesday at 3 p.m., the Lake Placid Poets' Guild will present a poetry reading in celebration of summer at Saranac Village at Will Rogers. The reading will feature a selection of Adirondack summer poetry.

The Lake Placid Poets' Guild comprises poets whose mission is to make poetry accessible and to nurture the art of poetry making. In keeping with this mission, it has started a poetry library for the residents of Will Rogers who would like to participate in the readings.

Poetry readings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. This program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
