Kirk and Diane Peterson of Lake Clear announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Catherine, to Mark Mathieu of Westford, Vermont.
Laura is a Spanish teacher with the Georgia Elementary and Middle Schools in St. Albans, Vermont. Mark, the son of Linda Mathieu of Westford and Leonel Mathieu of Milton, is a pipefitter and foreman with A. Cooper Mechanical of South Burlington.
A July wedding is planned.
