Adworkshop brings home seven ADDY awards

LAKE PLACID - Adworkshop won seven ADDY awards for excellence in advertising creativity at the second annual Albany Ad Club ADDY Awards. The event was held March 1 in Troy.

The Albany Ad Club's ADDY Awards are the first level in the three-tier, national ADDYs competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF). Entries were submitted in various categories in print and digital media by agencies located in upstate New York and the Capital Region.

The highlight of the night resulted in a Gold ADDY award for Whiteface Lake Placid's website. In addition, Adworkshop received Silver ADDYs for the following work:

-Whiteface Lake Placid Web Banner Ads

-Cooperstown Accommodations Adaptive/Responsive Website

-Catskills Winter Sampler Promotional Website

-Great Northern Catskills Adventure Passport Promotional Website

-Paul Smith's College High School Visit Poster

-Canton-Potsdam Hospital "Lady Bug" TV Spot

Adworkshop's winning work will go on to compete at the district and national levels as part of the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition.
