Lake Placid’s Livreri wins in New Hampshire

LAKE PLACID - Lake Placid's Landon Livreri took top honors Sunday in New Hampshire in the junior class at the annual Lebanon Outing Club Ski Jumping Tournament.

Competing as a member of the New York Ski Education Foundation junior jumping team, Livreri topped the field and was followed in second place by teammate Beckett Ledger, who is also from Lake Placid. Also for NYSEF, Scott Schulz placed fifth and Brian Byrne was seventh.

The NYSEF jumpers train at the Lake Placid Olympic Jumping Complex. They have come up from the Learn to Fly sessions, which are taking place each Wednesday at the venue. The Learn to Fly program uses the new 20-meter and 7-meter hills is open to any persons interested in the sport of ski jumping.
