Joy raises $94,000 (update)

Gingerbread houses are among the silent auction items Thursday at Joy to the Children. The annual gala at the Mirror Lake Inn drew 480 people this year and raised $94,000 for children’s programs at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts. The Joy benefits have raised $1,845,853 toward children’s arts programming over 26 years.
