SARANAC LAKE - A local man is in jail after pleading guilty to charges related to damaging a 55-inch television belonging to another man on what Franklin County District Attorney Derek Champagne called "a drunken escapade."
Wesley Strack, 30, of Saranac Lake, pleaded guilty Tuesday in county court to criminal mischief in the third degree.
He was originally charged with burglary in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree as well.
Strack was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail and five years' probation.
