TUPPER LAKE - The planning board scheduled a meeting for 1 p.m. today.

The agenda includes waivers and deferrals requested for the Adirondack Club and Resort, which board members decided not to make a decision on at a September meeting, and a special review use for operating a nano-brewery.

The board typically meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Assistant town Planner Mike Fritts said he wasn't sure why the meeting needed to be scheduled this week. It will be held in the lower level of the town hall.

The town board is holding a budget hearing in the same room at 4 p.m. today.
