Griffin turned in a 1-over-par, two-round score of 145 to finish in a tie for second with Ryan Carpenter of Aiken, S.C., right, in the boys 15- to 18-year-old division. Josh Crews of Albany, Ga., center, won the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour event with an even-par 144. Griffin, a student at the Junior Players Golf Academy in Hilton Head, S.C. was the winner of the tournament’s par-4 performance challenge. The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour holds events across the southeast, providing junior golfers the opportunity to play competitive golf on exceptional courses.
