SARANAC LAKE - Noelle Miller and Miranda Sheffer had strong performances Friday night to lead the AuSable Valley volleyball team to a 25-13, 25-20, 25-15 victory over Saranac Lake.
Sheffer filled the stat sheet with 11 digs, six kills, 14 points and three aces while Miller chipped in 13 kills, two digs and five service points. Belle O'Toole did her part for the Patriots with 19 assists and seven digs.
The Red Storm had a balanced attack with Nicole Viscardo recording four kills and Emily Fountain and Shannon Stevens each putting down three kills. Kylie Sapone had seven assists and two aces.
Saranac Lake fell to 5-10 with the loss, while AuSable Valley improved to 12-2.
