A boy stands inside the New York State Police-North Country Life Flight helicopter Saturday during PumpkinFest, an annual Life Flight fundraiser that was held this year at the Adirondack Regional Airport in Lake Clear. The airport also hosted an open house in conjunction with the event, which featured kids games, face painting, a hay maze, pumpkin decorating, and airplanes and airport equipment on display.
