BLUE MOUNTAIN LAKE - The Adirondack Museum will have its annual Fall Festival Saturday.
Activities include pumpkin painting, apple cider pressing and cider samples, and fall crafts from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or while supplies last. Wagon and pony rides will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. by Circle B Ranch of Chestertown. Camp songs will be sung by singer-songwriter Erica Wheeler, with sets at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., and Seth & the Moody Melix, with sets at noon and 2 p.m.
This event takes place on National Smithsonian Museum Day, which means admission to the museum is free for those who go to the Smithsonian Magazine website (www.smithsonianmag.com) and print the coupon. Smithsonian allows one ticket for two people per household.
