‘Organized Solutions’ is part of ‘Road to Retirement’ series

Adirondack Daily Enterprise

SARANAC LAKE - Gloria Volz, owner of Adirondack Organized Solutions, will present "Organized Solutions" from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26 at Saranac Village at Will Rogers, as part of the Road to Retirement Series.

The series will feature four programs related to the challenges of retiring, including "Elder Law," "Veterans' Affairs" and "Advanced Directives." It will run through December.

Volz has been a professional organizer since 2007 and is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. Her presentation will reflect the needs of those moving into the retirement phase of their lives, or those who are currently retired, and how to envision living a simpler life.

"Each of my clients' situations is different because we are all unique," she said in a press release. "It is not about letting go of the past; it is about making room for today, tomorrow and each day after that."

This program is open to the public, and a special discount will be offered to new residents who attend. Each participant is asked to bring one piece of clothing from his or her closet that is no longer needed or can be donated to a local charity. Refreshments will be served.

For information, call Jenn Grisi, director of admissions at Saranac Village at Will Rogers, at 518-891-7117.
