Police have taken a second person into custody in connection with a burglary at Feek Pharmacy in AuSable Forks.
Ray Brook-based state police arrested Sara K. Hebert, 23, of Keeseville, at 6:28 p.m. Friday at a residence on Auger Lake Road in the town of Chesterfield. She was charged with one count of third-degree burglary, a class D felony.
Feek Pharmacy, located on state Route 9N in downtown AuSable Forks, was broken into on Aug. 17. Police believe Hebert and Justin H. Hicks, 25, of Keeseville, entered the building through a room on the second floor and stole several bottles of oxycodone.
Hicks was arrested last week at a residence in the village of Keeseville. He also faces a third-degree burglary charge, as well as misdemeanor marijuana charges.
Information about Hebert's status wasn't immediately available Monday.
