To the editor:
Republicans will have a clear choice in the Thursday, Sept. 13, primary election for the 115th Assembly District, the seat presently being held by Janet Duprey.
Janet Duprey is a RINO (Republican In Name Only). She talks like a fiscal conservative but too often votes like a tax-and-spend Democrat.
In addition, Duprey's social values do not represent North Country family values. Duprey is an unabashed advocate and promoter of so-called "gay marriage" and abortion on demand.
Janet Duprey recently mailed out a pamphlet against child abuse.
Mrs. Duprey, "Abortion is a deadly form of child abuse."
While we send a robot looking for signs of sustainability of life on Mars, we look the other way when the tiniest and most vulnerable members of our human species, the unborn, are "terminated." We look the other way when we ignore that abortion hurts women.
Republicans have a choice on Thursday, Sept. 13.
I, for one, will be voting for pro-life candidate Karen Bisso.
Karen is a highly energetic and articulate woman. She is a mother, a teacher and a dedicated and patriotic American.
Karen Bisso believes in a sound economy, lower taxes and reducing government waste. She has received the endorsement of the New York State Conservative Party and the New York State Right to Life Political Action Committee as well as many others.
Karen Bisso wants to be our voice for the North Country in the 115th New York State Assembly District.
Only you can make it happen! Vote for Republican Karen Bisso on Sept. 13.
