We are approaching that time of the year when we need to prepare for the start of school.
Once again we are asking for donations, either monetary or in school supplies, to enable the successful Lake Placid backpack program to continue. Our appreciation goes to the folks at the town hall for providing a drop-off location for your donations. Please deliver your gifts by Aug. 30 so we can ensure the children have age-appropriate backpacks and supplies in advance of the opening of school.
