To the editor:
Isn't anybody noticing that all the black locust trees between Clintonville and Plattsburgh are dead or close to it?
Notwithstanding all your simple columns on gardening, invasive pests and other issues you might care about, can anyone begin to address or even recognize this real and immediate problem?
