Re: Hotel Saranac:
I would make Mr. Arora produce two or more written commercial property assessments from outside, impartial professionals to prove the worth of the hotel at this point. To suggest $2 million is laughable.
I think the village should sue him for $5 million to force him to sell since this is causing a loss of revenue to the village and other businesses. It is also causing a loss of reputation to the village that is affecting tourism that the village depends on for income.
I was born a Saranac Laker, my father was a manager at the Hotel in its glory days, and I plan to move back next year on retirement.
