BLUE MOUNTAIN LAKE (AP) - Civil War re-enactors are gathering at the Adirondack Museum this weekend.
The re-enactors are at the museum in Blue Mountain Lake to honor the 118th Volunteer Infantry, the so-called Adirondack Regiment mustered into service in 1862.
More than 1,000 volunteers from the North Country served in the regiment.
Also appearing at the museum today and Sunday will be an actor portraying President Abraham Lincoln.
