To the editor:
We would like to express our gratitude to Dr. Waickman, the ER staff and all the nurses and staff on the third floor at Adirondack Health.
The professionalism and compassion of everyone was very apparent in their care of Mom during her final days. In addition, their recognition that we were their patients also was very evident.
Without a doubt, our community is blessed to have individuals who are such outstanding examples of what health care should be. Kudos to you all!
