Re: stolen signs

July 10, 2012
Adirondack Daily Enterprise

To the editor:

It's not surprising that the signs protesting the disgusting action of Protect the Adirondacks and the Sierra Club have been removed. After all, when groups act to deny the property rights of others, the suppression of free speech cannot be far behind. It is obvious that the (NIMBY) greens and their coat holders from the 1 percent will tolerate no dissent.

No matter. The people of Tupper Lake will continue to stand against those who would seek their extinction, and the Committee of Real Adirondack People will press on in its mission: "to protect those of us who really live here from those who really don't."

Steal all you want; we'll make more!

Respectfully,

Tom Sciacca

Tupper Lake
