When it came to finishing in the top 10, Saranac Lake's Tom Kilroy was a perfect 5-for-5.

On Sunday at the United States Masters National Swimming Championships in Omaha, Neb., Kilroy posted three more top-10 results to end his week with five medals in five events.

Competing in the 70-75 age group, Kilroy kicked off the championships with a pair of ninth-place finishes in Thursday's 800-meter freestyle and Friday's 50-meter freestyle. Then on Sunday, he placed fifth in the 50 breaststroke, 10th in the 400 freestyle and ninth in the 200 freestyle.

His times were 50.89 seconds in the breaststroke, 7:55.92 in the 400 and 3:44.28 in the 200.

More than 1,200 swimmers took part in the masters championships, which were held at the 17,000-seat CenturyLink Center.
