LONG LAKE - Playwright and director Stephen Svoboda from the Adirondack Arts Center worked with students from Johnsburg, Minerva and Long Lake on March 19 as part of a peer education project on bullying.
Students learned acting techniques that allowed them to perform student written, peer education skits.
The goal of the anti-bullying program is to perform bullying simulations scripts written by the students at schools around the area to generate discussion among students in local communitiies.
Administrators attended the dress rehearsal serving as the interactive audience. Next student performance with faculty and staff as the audience at area schools.
