ALFRED - Austin Shaheen, of Tupper Lake, has been awarded a $1,000 per year "Transfer Scholarship" to attend SUNY Alfred.
Shaheen graduated in 2010 from Tupper Lake Middle High School and intends to enroll in the construction management engineering technology program.
