FAIRFAX, Va. - Alexander Connor, of Wilmington, a student at Ausable Valley Central School, has been selected to represent New York.
He is one of 250 individuals chosen as National Youth Delegates to attend the Washington Youth Summit on the Environment at George Mason University.
