MALONE - A Bloomingdale man was sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated Monday.
Jody Valley, 39, was originally indicted by a grand jury on Sept. 1, 2011, on charges of felony driving while intoxicated and speeding. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DWI charge Monday in Franklin County Court.
Valley was arrested on June 15, 2010, on state Route 186 in the town of Harrietstown.
