John Eldridge of Lake Placid took these photos this morning of damage in Keene caused by brooks, swollen by Tropical Storm Irene, carving new paths through the hamlet Sunday.
"I was dumb founded when I came into Keene," Eldridge wrote as he emailed these photos to the Enterprise for publication. "While the panoramics provide a better sense of what happened one has to be there to see/feel the power and magnitude of the destructive force and consequences."
