Soggy feet in Bloomingdale

Bob Forrester, who lives on James Way in the town of St. Armand, empties floodwater from his boot after he waded in nearly 3 feet of water that collected his the front yard of his home. Bob and his mom, B.J. Forrester, are among the residents who are keeping a close watch on the rising waters of Sumner Brook and the Saranac River that are threatening their homes.
