PLATTSBURGH (AP) - A 19-year-old northern New York man was sentenced to two to six years in prison for manslaughter in connection with a 2009 high-speed crash that killed a mother and two teens.
Josh Bombardier of West Chazy was sentenced Monday in Clinton County Court. He was convicted in September of three counts of second-degree manslaughter, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
The February 2009 one-car crash on Route 11 killed Veronica LeClair; her son, Stephen M. Foster and her stepson Travis L. LeClair, and seriously injured 18-year-old Kyle Bushey, another passenger in the Mustang.
