SARANAC?LAKE?- The Wellness Center Exercise Room at the Saranac Lake Adult Center will be open from 9 a.m. to noon. There is no charge for use of the equipment. Participants must be over 50 and an Saranac Lake Adult Center member, which costs $10 per year.
Equipment includes two treadmills, two upright stationary bikes, two recumbent bikes and one upper body machine.
Required paperwork includes physician's consent, release/risk agreement and a personal health questionaire. These forms can be obatined at the adult center. An orientation (scheduled periodically) with the personal trainer is required before exercise begins. Access to the exercise room is available through the parking lot as well as the main entrance.
